Hello, friends! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. I bet you’re not surprised to see me back with another bunny card featuring the Large Die of the Month from Spellbinders. This time, I have combined it with some fun products from the new Simple Vintage Flower Shoppe Collection. As soon as I saw the Flower Cart die set, I just knew what I wanted to make. And best of all, it was a lot of fun to put together.

I have a new video sharing how I made this card. You can CLICK HERE to view on YouTube or watch it below.

I started this card with the adorable bunny from the February Large Die of the Month, called “Dancin’ Hoppy Bunnies Everywhere.” I cut his overalls from some old, retired Tim Holtz “textile surfaces” – you may remember these from when I used them for the scarecrow’s overalls this past fall. My original idea for this new Flower Cart die was to have the bunny selling carrots. But, I decided to switch it to eggs and have the carrots in the bucket instead. This sweet Flower Cart set comes with several different kinds of flowers, along with several different signs to decorate the cart. I used the Be Bold Lowercase Alphabet set to create my own sign.

This card is a larger card than I normally make – it is 5×7. To make the grass at the bottom of the card, I used the new Stitch & Dots Scallop Borders set. This border was not long enough to cover the length of my card, but because it has a regular pattern, I was able to do partial die cutting to make it long enough. The die to cut the clouds actually was long enough, and that comes from the new Landscape Edges set that just recently got released with the On the Farm collection.

After adding some eggs to the cart, I scattered a few on the ground and then added my favorite little birdy. These pieces are all included in the Large Die of the Month kit.

I really love how this card turned out, and I hope it brings a smile to your face today.  As always, I appreciate you visiting my blog.

Wishing you all a crafty day,

Allison
