Hello, friends! I hope your weekend is off to a great start. I wanted to pop in to share a Christmas card that I made recently and to let you know about the big Waffle Flower Spring Sale. If you are new to Waffle Flower, this is their once a year sale for some of their most popular and newer designs! It only happens once a year in March. Many items are on sale for the first time—shop early for the best selection. There is no code required – discounts apply automatically after adding items to cart. Valid: March 15–25, 2025 (while supplies last). Everything that I used for my card today is included in the sale! I also am going to share some other cards that I have made with other favorite products that are included in the sale.

Extra Savings:

Use my code “ALLISON” for 10% additional savings on the “Last Chance” collection—250+ newly added items! You’ll find a link to the Last Chance collection towards the top of the main Spring Sale page.

Grip mat:

The grip mats that I use in my MISTI and mini MISTI are not included in the sale, but the 6×6 size is! If you haven’t yet tried the grip mat, this would be a great size to try. It is perfect for stenciling, but you can also put it into your regular sized MISTI.

Postage Collage Products:

There are tons of the popular Postage Collage Products included in the sale. There are really too many to list, so if you like those products or have been wanting to try them, just poke around the sale collection

Let’s take a look at my card for today. Since it’s already the middle of March, that means I’m already behind on making Christmas cards! So I decided to make this quick shaker card that I had planned on making this past holiday season. This Christmas Tree Shaker Die and matching Shaker Cover make it so fast and easy to make a shaker. The Shaker Cover is a dimensional pouch, so it’s really easy to fill it with shaker bits. I used some beads from Pretty Pink Posh to fill mine. There are two ways to make a shaker with these products. You can use the die to cut an opening into a panel, and then adhere your panel on top of the shaker pouch. But I chose to place my shaker on top. So, I cut the large tree from the die set and enclosed my shaker pouch with that (with some double sided tape). And then I cut the outer frame by using both tree dies from the set, and I glued that frame on top of the shaker pouch. I then adhered the whole thing on top of my card base.

For my card base, I used the Frosty Panel Die. This is a relatively new product that is included in this sale! You’ll see another card that I made with it below. I just cut it from white card stock and then glued it to a white card base for tone on tone texture. The “merry” sentiment comes from the Print & Script Merry Christmas Die set. Again, all of these products are included in the sale.

Here is the card that I had previously made with the Frosty Panel Die. You can see the original blog post HERE. The sentiment is from the Happy Holidays Print Die, and the white glitter snowflakes are from the Small Snowflake Die – both included in the sale. Several other items from that recent “Snow Fun” release are included in the sale, as well!

The card above features the Sketched Poinsettia Bundle, the Season’s Greetings Paper Pad and the Family Christmas Sentiments Stamp Set. All included in the sale!

This card features the fun Pop-up Books Die-n-stencil. I used my favorite detail brushes with the stencil, which are also included in the sale. The Shader 2+ is probably my very favorite because it lets you get into small spaces. If you haven’t tried any of them, the Shader Brush PLUS Sampler set is also included in the sale. The sentiments come from the Subsentiments Story Diecut, one of many subsentiments sets included in the sale. I love these because they are just ready to go! No stamping, no die cutting, no trimming!

I know, I know – I’m sharing a lot of Christmas cards! You know that holiday cards are my favorite. The card above features the Folk Art Background Stencil and the Folk Art Background Die. I used the same “merry” from the  Print & Script Merry Christmas set as I did on my shaker tree.

But yes, there are tons of non-holiday items included in the sale! This fun bridge card features the adorable Intertwined Bear Hugs Die.

I will stop here because I could share cards all day long! I hope these bring a smile to your face today. As always, I appreciate you visiting my blog.

Wishing you all a crafty day,

Allison
