Today’s Card

For today’s card, I created my own unique pattern using a stamp set. This is one of my favorite ways to use a stamp set when I want to make a one-layer card or I just want to create a fun background! I do have a new video showing you how I made this card. You can view that below, or you can go directly to YouTube

Note: all supplies are linked in the thumbnails at the end of this blog post.

For today’s card, I used the new Lots of Luck Stamp Set.  There is a set of matching dies, but I did not use those, since I wanted to create a flat panel. I used both sizes of clovers from the set to create this pattern. And, I used a LOT of Pawsitively Saturated Ink Cubes! These are great because they come in color trios, which works perfectly with this stamp set since each clover consists of three layering stamps.

When I was finished stamping my panel, I turned it into a flat shaker. You can see me do that in the video. I heat embossed one of the sentiments from the set onto black card stock with white embossing powder, trimmed it, and adhered it to the card.

Are you ready to hop along and see inspiration from all of the other designers?

I had a lot of fun creating my card for today, and I hope it brings a smile to your face.
